I've exchanged an abundance of emails with Viofo support, and I have found the same implementation as given others. A partial refund would suffice in the amount of $48.00 which I requested from Paypal. I've spent numerous hours trying to rectify this matter with Viofo support. Paypal stated if a resolution is not forthcoming, Paypal will credit me $48.00 which I am requesting; to forego any further issues, including shipping. Viofo support wished for me to ship the product back to China. Then, Viofo support said I was shipped the U.S. version and not the version from China (2.0 U.S) and (2.4 China). Then, Viofo support said they made a mistake. In lieu of all these problems, I believe the aforesaid amount credited back to me would remedy any further problems. I've spent more than enough time with this subject. I've been in the electronics arena for well over forty years and do not appreciate being taken advantage of. It is clearly evident that a used unit was sent to me, having marks, and the venue setting were changed. All information has been documented for future reference.
