Adobe DNG profile editor - how to get color profile from .bat file

I have instaled Adobe GNG profile editor:

and I would like to get correction values for Git2 cam. Is it possible to get it from fix levels binary file?

Edit: Since I upgraded to win 10, Raw to DNG app is not working. Program runs, but I can't see it on the screen.

I also interested in this theme. Profile editor does not accept my printed color checkers.
So, I think it requires pro color samples (X-Rite colorchecker passport).

Now I'm not able to use RAW at all, RAW2DNG isn't working on my PC anymore and I'm not also able to correct color profiles of DNG photos.

I have found LibRaw library, bit it's just source code and I don't know neither how to decompile (I'm not sure this is the correct expression for that process) it nor how to use it (it's just a library, not a program), but it knows Git2's RAW, so it's interesting for me but if I don't make it work, it's useless.

Have you tried compability mode settings in Win10 for raw2dng application?
