Buying another waterproof casing to drill a hole where the built in mic is...

I tend to use my Git2 pro with the waterproof casing on for most of my recordings mainly to prevent damage to the camera.
This is great for my sports/running etc.

Using the case means the audio quality is not so good.
I was thinking of buying a second casing and drilling a hole where the built in mic is so I could pick up better audio quality, whilst using the Git2 in dry conditions.

Q1. Where is the best place to purchase a second casing?
Q2. Is this case drillable without it cracking?

If you use a GoPro skeleton case, no necessary to open a hold, there is hold in the side.

you can buy a side open skeleton housing for the gopro, but its missing the lens cover glass.. i bought one and screwed it on.

u have to search for side open.. dont forget that the gopro hero 3+/4 housing got updated. u need an other glass than for the hero3 housing.

but maybe u can find a bit expensiver model for about 20€ which has the lens glass..
