Can`t pair remote to GitUp2

I can`t pair the remote control with Gitup2. I tryed like the Faq and took battery out and retrye but nothing is working. I have latest firmware and remote is git1 rc101
Help please

Did you put the Git1 and Git2 together while you're pairing it with Git2? Try pairing it with Git2 in a further distance from Git1 and see if it will work

Maybe the remote battery is weak, it's a common CR2032 type. Also when pairing keep away phones, smart band and other devices. Also use an optimum distance of 0.5 meters beteween remote and camera during pairing.

replace the battery with a fresh one. worked for me.

Thanks everyone for the help. It was the battery of the remote. I replaced it and it works now !
