I'm having trouble connecting my phone to the camera A129. I've downloaded app from Google play store and the Wi-Fi is lit up blue on camera but all it keeps saying is 'ready to connect when signal improves. What am I doing wrong or is there something else that I can do?

Your operation is right, download VIOFO app from Google play store.and then turn on the Wi-Fi in the menu. But some mobile phone don't support 5GHz WIFI, so please firstly choose 2.4GHz WIFI in the camera, please see attached picture. And some mobile photo can work normally if turn off data network. And could you tell me what kind of mobile phone you use? So that we could know things better and find solution for you.
