I don't know what to do yet..

I tryed change the memories, old and new firmwares..

Is like a problem with the memory slot..

Error in my cam and my pc.. sometimes recognizes, others no..

Help !!

May I know what kind of memory card do you use, you can format the card in the camera or on computer, format it for FAT32.

Hello. I have a problem with my Gitup 2, I want your help. I upgraded from 1.4 to 1.6 fine. Only after updating is erasing the files every time it restarts. The card is new. SD 32GB Sandisk class 10 new. I already tested it on my cell phone and it's good.

I wonder if it's a configuration problem or if I need to do another procedure. The rest is ok, the camera records ok, takes photos. The problem erases DELETE the files every time it restarts. And I can not view the files on the PC. Please help me, I'm worried about that.
