Problem with Jello Effect (rolling shutter?) with One of my Git2/Sony Sensor/170 Degree Cams

I have three Git2/Sony/170 degree cams which I use to record videos of my flights in a Cessna 172 small aircraft. Overall I am very happy with the performance of my Git2's, however one of the three cams suffers from "jello effect" (rolling shutter) issues much more than the others. The videos from this cam always have the wavy, jello effect picture. I have tried the other cams in the same location, using the same mount and don't get the jello effect. Is it possible the problem camera has a loose image sensor or loose pcb board? All settings are identical in all three cams (I use the config file capability to make sure my settings are all the same). All of my cams have the v1.7.4 firmware.

Any advice on what I could try to fix the problem camera would be appreciated.

Regards,

John

Can you share some video about the stabilization issue?

Bill,

I emailed you a short video that illustrates the "jello effect" problem with my Git2 noted above. I couldn't upload it to the forum because of it's file size.
