so I have to press the button (power - menu)

The same thing sometimes happens to me (just today), but I don't see it as a fundamental problem. I have a camera involved over 3hw kit.

Turning on the Boot Delay in the settings may help with this.

That's may be caused by the vehicle's low voltage when it starts. Set a boot delay may be helpful.

the problem still coming approximately once every 48 hours

i didn't Activate the parking mode
the unit is powered form Cigarette Lighter Power adaptor that came with it

Do you power the dashcam directly or through the GPS mount?

Can you please take the dashcam back home and use the home socket to power it? Then we can know whether it could be the dashcam issue or not.
