Wifi 5ghz and question about downloading video via the app

Hi guys, just recently bought the A129 Plus Duo to replace an aging Yi Dashcam. Would like to ask how do I enable 5ghz wifi as I don't see it in the menu at all.

And coming from the Yi Dashcam, the app has a super useful feature where you can select the timestamp of the clip you need so you only download the short section of the clip which you selected instead of downloading the entire clip. For the Viofo the app forces me to download the entire clip. Is there any possibility to implemant this feature on the app? Would be much more convenient being able to just download the 20 seconds of video I need instead of the whole 3 minutes. I honestly thought this was a standard feature in dashcam apps as my Yi Dashcam had it and it is such an old camera.

Plus does not support 5GHZ WIFI, so there is no option,
as to the clip, you can download the whole clip first and edit it on your phone tool,
you can choose 1 minute for loop recording instead of 3 minutes.
