    What’s wrong with my A119 which keeps showing ‘Mass Storage’ and gets no access to normal operation?

    Could you please confirm that if you have used the short Mini USD cable to connect your camera? It's normal to show "mass storage" when connecting to computer using the short cable. Please change the long charging cable to connect your camera as below picture.
