There's a guy on reddit with a 2017 Mazda 3 and a dashcam that tapped into a seat warmer fuse #4 inside the car for 12V switched. Not sure if you have that option. There should be plenty of mazda owner forums on the net to guide you through running a wire through a grommet into the engine bay...
