Device records in 1440 and 1080p on front camera but not 4k, just a black screen with audio. I can see the video live on the app but it records nothing , rear camera is fine. Solution ? I have not changed anything and have not updated to new firmwaee

I'm using a 256 , I travelled for another 3.5 - 4 hrs afterwards , 4k front, plus the rear, I assumed it would be saved, when I got back home I put the sd card in the pc.

sadly there's just one file in the RO folder, that starts a few seconds after the accident, all other files in the main folder were overwritten.

In the Interim I used another tool called easus to expand the camera formatted 32g partition out to 64gb on the pc. It now works. Thanks

When I format my 64gb sd card (sandisk) on the camera it reports 32gb available. I've tried this several times. The videos it records are fine, no issue with playback, just the size.
