v2.4, Brand new install (second one for second vehicle). New one initially would allow enabling wifi, currently will not, I have tried flashing 2.4 and did not resolve. Any Solutions, I really don't want to have to unwire the car to get it replaced.

Hello,

Please try to reflash the attached V2.4 firmware again. Here is the updating instruction. Remember to default the settings and reset the dashcam after.

If it doesn't work, please contact the seller for a replacement. You only need to send the front camera back which won't influence the wire installed.

Hello, If this is the same 2.4 that is on the website, I have already reflashed it, Also there is no attachment to the message. Thanks!

Unit was replaced by Amazon, Second unit exhibited the same issue. What is the next plan of repair?
