I hope developers reads posts here and will take this into consideration.
AFAIK A119V2 when you press EMERGENCY button on first 15 seconds of file will block also previous file with current one and it is reasonable. Just tested on A119V3 and it is not true - when pressing that button of 3rd second I've got only one, current file, blocked.
So, imagine, that you see (or got in) to some incident on 1:57...1:59 of current file (assuming that intervals of records are set to 2 minutes). You are not a Batman and reaction time is not zero, so it takes some seconds before you hit the button. If it will happened on 0:01 of the next file - you'll get the RO file without accident.
Now, the emergency button loses it's sense - you need analyse the timing and move previous file to RO manually,
