A129 Duo green screen

Hi.

I have a A129 duo fitted to a 2019 Ford Kuga. When I switch the Wi-Fi on the screen turns green and the camera cannot be connected to my phone. There also seems to be a problem with the camera interfering with the DAB radio. The main issue that in need resolving is the green screen. Any advice on how this can be resolved would be greatly appreciated.

How are you powering the camera? Are you using the included 12V car charger and Viofo USB power cable?

Maybe try to reload the firmware.
