A129 Duo Out of Focus/Blur

Both my front/rear cameras seem to be OOF or blur, so much so that I'm largely unable to capture license plates unless they are pretty close. Have uploaded a video to support@viofo.com via Dropbox but they informed me the file hasn't been downloaded so it was likely deleted already. 22 Aug sent, 28 Aug deleted. Should I resend it again or should I just try my luck to focus the lens again?

Received! I watched the video and found that it seems to cover a film on the front windshield. That also influences capture a clear license plate.

Hi Viofo, from what I read in the forums, this camera seems to go out-of-focus due to heat which seems to be my case. Any way to remedy this? Appears to be a common issue..
