A129 Pro Duo found stuck in parking mode

Dear all,

I purchased one month ago the Viofo Camera, and I'm very happy with it.

I'm facing two issues when I get in the car after parking.
Please note that theseissues persists also when the car is turned on.

1)
I see that the camera is unresponsive.
The screen is dark, no led is blinking.
Clicking any button does not turn on the screen.
I need to manually press the REC button for a couple of seconds,
and then the screen turns on.
Please note that the camera is not turning on, in fact I don't see the VIOFO logo during this process.


2)
I see that the camera has the REC icon blinking
The screen is dark and the camera is not responding.
Clicking the REC button for a couple of times wakes the camera up,
and then it starts to record again.


Please note that the camera is powered from the car through the hardware kit.
It was installed by a professional car electrician.
The camera mounts the official VIOFO 128GB SD card.

What can be the issue?
