Camera won't power on

I just bought my pro duo and was installing it in the car. However I cannot get it to turn on. I long press the power button and noting happens. The car is turned on and the camera is connected to the cig lighter adapter that came with the camera. I've tried taking it off the mount and hooking it up to my computer and still nothing. I've also tried hooking the USB power cable into the USB port in my car and it still doesn't work.

I'm beginning to think that the camera is faulty.

Please try to plug the supplied USB cable into your home adapter, and connect it to your home socket to power the front camera. If it still doesn't work in this way, please contact the seller for a replacement.
