Charging GitUp GIT2

Hi! Has anyone faced a problem with charching the device? I just bought it today. The battery inside was charged a bit so I made a few records to check if everything works normally. After that I left it charging for about 3 hours... when I got back it turned out the battery was almost empty, perphaps for 5-10 mins to record. Does this mean the battery is defective or GitUP GIT2 requires some special charcing process??

FW version is 1.3 (as I understand the latest one)
Auto power off is disabled.

Hi. Did you charge it with the battery removed from the camera or with the battery in the camera and charge at the usb port?

Also try charging it with the camera turned off, you should then see a large white charging sign on the screen

Mine was supplied with a dodgy USB cable. Replacing the cable fixed the issue.

Same for me. I was unable to transfer the video files from the camera to my PC. Got home, tried another USB cable (from GoPro, lol) and it worked fine.
