You have a new dash cam model planned which also works with less write operations on micro-SDcards.
Dash cam with huge RAM (ex. 32/64GB) to be used for loop and buffer recording, and write on the card to be performed only in accidents or when the power is turned off.
This operation would greatly extend the life of the micro-SDcards.
32GB of DDR4 RAM costs less than $ 200 today

This is a good idea to think about but there is a major drawback of this is that the videos currently stored in RAM which have yet to be written to the SD-Card will be lost when the camera is turned off.

This will be critical flaw as during accidents when the power to the camera may be severed, the critical footage of that exact moment will be lost.

To counter this a big battery will be required in the camera, big enough to allow all the data from RAM to be written to the SD-Card.
