New owner of a A 139 3CH

I have 2 questions. What's the little guy crossed out on the recording screen in the app? #2 Why can't I enable parking recording geofenceing?

App version is 3.2.0

FIRMWARE VIOFO_A139_V1.5_0701

Which I think about are up to date.

Correct me if I'm wrong.
