Not able to connect to Wifi A129 Pro Duo

Hello,

Bought this from the official Viofo India sales channel 15 days back.
I am not able to connect to WIFI since the time I installed this in the car.

I tried "reset" "Default Setting" , even re-loading latest 2.4 firmware on the sales advice.
But I am still not able to connect to Wifi.
I am attaching the files.

Please help.

I believe it's the hardware issue, for which VIOFO support team is replacing the piece.
Hence reach out to them.

@viofo Support: Please come out in the open with the issue you know instead of creating confusion. That will only lead to more trust in you.
Secondly, please recall the pieces where the issue is known.
