Power issue

My camera is under a year old, and has been working perfectly, but now will not power up, I’ve checked and metered all cables, and they have volts. If I power the unit without the GPS module, it does power up. Any ideas?

Do you mean your dashcam cannot get power from its GPS Module? If so, the GPS Module maybe has broken.

Please contact: support@viofo.com and tell the problem. And I also have told them about the issue of your dashcam. They will provide you a solution.
