Problems with Light indoor. - Flicker

Hi, sorry for my bad english. I´m from Germany.

I have this lights and i would like to record Tutorials on my writing desk. But now i have Flicker in the Video. Can anyone help me? Which Settings i must change?

Try with shutter speed 1\30 or 1\48 sec.
But this type of lamps usually has no flicker, even with any other cameras and shutter speeds...
