REC push button light is on, camera not working.

HI there. Had this 119s set up and worked for couple of months. Then stopped and being busy I took it out. Now I want to revive it and when plugged tin to power it is showing details of my number plare as I put it in, 1/3 of display on left h. side is blury and does not work. Any idea pls

Reload the latest firmware. After the install, manually default the cameras settings in the menu, then press and hold the reset button on the side for about 5 seconds.

Do you know what firmware is currently installed?
