RF wrist remote frequency/codes

I would like to know if it's possible to make an app for smartwatch or smarthpone that would act as a RF remote controller? Or at least self made radio?

What frequency or mode does Genuie RF wrist remote uses? What are the codes that starts/stops recording or taking photos?
