VIOFO A119 V3 signal GPS Not work

I have a problem with the GPS viofo A119 v3 there is no signal, I just bought this. I am in Indonesia. so seen from the signal indicator there is no and the speed is red which I know there should be a green signal indicator and the speed indicator is also green. how to solve it?

Mine takes some time before it locks onto the GPS signal. It varies, sometimes up to 5 minutes

Hello,
I am writing from Poland where I have the same problem. GPS behaves as if it could not catch the signal ... It catches every minute, once up to 3 minutes and sometimes even needs 15 minutes. Could it be the software's fault ?? Currently I have version 2.1, but it was also like that on 2.0 ... And it irritates and annoys me ... HELP SOLVE THE PROBLEM

Fix the contacts, maybe it's not a software issue.
