I have an A129 Duo GPS which after 15 months of service has stopped working. Does anyone know if there is a Viofo service agent in Thailand where I can send it for repair?

I should add that this is what is displayed on my phone via the WiFi link and not on the camera itself.

I have just installed my second, new, A129 Duo in another vehicle and in the Live view display I see all system messages and not the two options, lock etc, I have on the first one I installed. Has anyone else seen this and know of a cure?

No I didn't see any lights and I found no mention of them in the Viofo information but have looked on YouTube and now see what I am looking for.

Update: I finally updated the firmware to v2.1 using my notebook rather than my desktop PC, obviously an issue there somewhere but the not turning on problem still remains.
