1080 60fps terrible battery life!

Hi.
I get about 15 min of battery life when I use 1080 with 60fps. On any other settings, I get about 40 min I think. Anyone else having the same issue?

This problem occured in temperature about 0 C (zero) or less. Normally in room temperature I have about 1 hour.
Try to change battery, update firmware, charger, setup.

My old type 950 mAh Git2 battery lasts in 68 minutes in 1080p60 mode.
What is your battery capacity? Check it on the battery side, 950 mAh or 1000 mAh.
Did you charge it in camera or with battery charger?

I have the 950mAh battery that I charge with the camera.
