A129 can not download video to cellphone

I see all the video I recorded, but when I click on download it seems to stuck...
OnePlus 7 Pro is my cellphone.

Try putting phone in airplane mode or turning off cell data.

Probably a compatibility issue between the app and your phone. Check for updates on both.
