A129 Duo Pro 4K playback freezing

Hello, New to the forum.

I have recently purchased the A-129 Duo Pro 4K and am mostly happy with it's performance.

I had a parking mode issue that was resolved when i changed from San-disk card to Samsung Pro Endurance 128 gb card.

The only problem i am experiencing now, is when i view playback on my computer.
My setting is 4K front and 1080 rear. Front bit rate high. Latest firmware version 1.1

Upon playback the front footage freezes.The rear does not.
If i drop down the resolution to 1440, Viewing the front playback is just fine.
It does not mater whether i remove the micro SD card and insert it into my computer
or plug the camera via the cable into my computer,I have the same freezing result.

I tried to attach the video but it's to large to upload.
If someone needs to see the footage,I can edit it when i have more time.

Have you tried to copy the file onto the computers hard drive before trying to play it? You could be getting transfer lag.

What player are you using? Try VLC.
