A129 not powering on

Am I missing something? Have it plugged into cigarette lighter adapter but not turning on. My old A119 will turn on when plugged into same adapter.

We suggest you power on the dashcam with a power bank to test.

And may I know where did you buy it? could you please provide the invoice?
