A129 Plus Duo - Codec

I have tried to change the Codec from H264 to H265 without any success using the following method

1. Hard wired with engine running and recording on pressing the MIC button for more than 30 seconds
2. Hard Wired with engine running recording on, mic off pressing the MIC button for more than 30 seconds
3. Engine off, pressing the MIC button for more than 30 seconds
4. Took Front Camera Unit indoors powered by wall adaptor and tried all 3 above

So as none of the above worked how on earth do you get your A129 Plus Duo to change from H264 to H265
