A129 plus duo freezes up

Above video you will see the freezing up of this dash cam although it is just one week old. it is hardwired to the fuses by the way, and it is the Non-GPS version. The issue comes up all the time while driving or when I'm away and get back to the car.

You can see in the pictures the selected settings, any thing strange?


The micro card used is San Disk High Endurance. Any thoughts on solving this issue?

As I stated on DashCamTalk, your rear camera is not showing as connected. There is likely an issue with the cable or rear camera. Try to reseat the cable at both ends. Be sure camera is fully mounted on the mount, or try powering direct to the camera.

How are you powering the camera?

Please unplug the rear cable to see if the front cam still has the same issue.
