A129 Pro Duo power/hardwire kit question

Hey I'm looking to buy the A129 Pro Duo and the hardwire kit.

Can I just confirm that the GPS mount is where the hardwire kit should be plugged into and that powers the camera?

The rear camera should plug into the front camera?

Can I also ask if both the cameras can be removed from the mount for secure storage? I've had my window broken and my dashcam stolen in the past.

Hi John,

The hardwire kit can be plugged into the GPS mount or the USB port on the front camera's body side.

The rear cable should be plugged into the rear port on the front camera's body side.

Do you mean you want to remove the front and rear cameras and bring them home at night?

You can slide out the front camera from the mount, but the rear cam cannot be removed as the rear cam is installed on the rear window with a sticker.
