A129 Pro Duo Professional Installation and Parking Mode

I bought the HK3 Hardwire kit and had them both professionally installed yesterday but so far I have zero parking files. I have it set to 3fps. I just noticed that the camera goes totally black every time I turn the car off, I can't get it to turn on at all unless the car has power. That... doesn't seem right? I know absolutely nothing about this stuff and want to confirm that this is an installation issue before I go back and ask them to fix it. What do you guys think?

That's caused by the ACC cable can't receive the ignition's signal. I'm attaching a PDF file about how to install ACC hardwire kit. You can let the installers refer to this. If there is any question when you install it, please fell free to contact me.
