About a week ago I bought A129 Pro 4k dash cam and microSD card: SILICON POWER SUPERIOR PRO 256GB MICRO SDXC CL10. However after the sd card was full I keep missing some videos. Sometimes i miss 5min video, 10min or more. Firmware: V1.4, BUILD: 20200226. I was told that this microsd card was the best offer I could get. So before going for the repair or refund I want to ask your help.

First, update to V2.1. Be sure to manually default the cameras settings after the update. Then, press and hold the hard reset button on the side of the camera for about 5 seconds.

Second, format the card with SDFormatter. Perform the full overwrite, not the quick format. After SDFormatter, format again inside the camera.
