A129 pro red light flashes and stops recording

latest firmware was installed, i'm using san disk high endurance, what could be the problem with?

The dash cam is still brand new

Have you tried it on the desk using supplied USB power cable?
Does it have a Rear Camera connected?
Is it using a HK3 hardwire kit?

it is not connected to a rear camera or hardwired. I have not tried it on a desk.

when it starts blinking, have you tried putting your hand in and out of the frame?

that is, it tests if there is a motion detection switch.
