A129 rear camera dead?

Hi,

Have used the A129 for one week, and both cameras worked at first, but now the main unit does not detect the rear camera anymore.

I have tried pulling out all cables and reinstalling, but no luck.

Do you think the rear camera is defect, or is there something i can try to make it work?

If it is defect, should i approach the seller or Viofo directly?

Worth reflashing the firmware?

Reflashed firmware and reset to factory settings, still no luck..

Try resetting the default settings. And making sure the connections are good

Have you solved the issue, we can send a new rear camera cable for you to test first.
