Hi,
I've recently just installed my new dashcam but am wondering if I have it pointed too high, what do you think?
Also, I feel rather underwhelmed by the picture quality, especially at night.
I have attached a few shots, can you tell me your thoughts?

Image quality is much depending on light conditions. My camera is worse when there is a lot of green (trees, grass). However, your night shots are bad quality. You definitely took off the protective foil of lenses?

I'm fairly sure I did, but I will check the next time i can.
Do you think I have it pointed too high, or about right, I'm in two minds about it?

My pro duo shows about the same from low light to night. Fuzzy. Make sure WDR is off.
I've seen on youtube vids theirs are very clear.

You need to install in such a way
that would be 50% of the sky and 50% of the road

update your fireware to 2.5, it would be better at night.

But the 2.5 version of WDR is still not much usability, more noise at night
Even if you turn off WDR, the problem of overexposure of license plates in the near distance still exists.

The best settings for me are.
Daytime: Turn off WDR
night: open WDR, exposure -2.0, the license plate overexposure will be better but dark

Doesn't this imply that you have to keep enabling/disabling WDR on a daily basis?
