My cables don't seem to go all the way into the connector. I do hear a slight snap when I genetly push them on but then they stop and don't go any further. Do I need to apply more force? Are they push in and pull out or do they need to be turned\twisted to go all the way in against the camera housing? The system seems to record fine with them connected like this. Anyone else run into this? See attached pics. Thanks.

They take some force to get them to snap in firmly. Once in correctly, they should not be easy to remove.
