Gitup2 white pixels on 2880x2160

Hello folks, I tried searching but there is nothing I can find

Here is the video

You can see those white pixels while moving camera and it only happens on 2880x2160 it works fine on other resolutions, does anyone knows what is wrong with it? First I was thinking it was sensor damage but when resolution is changed, it records fine without withe dots

Firmware is V1.6 1028

try it with lenscap on, from the above video, it simply looks like youre trying to record in a dark room. That is standard for action cams i believe.
