High pitched beeping sound ~ every 6 weeks, 119V3

About every 6 weeks, my 119V3+GPS gives a series of loud beeps which frightens the life out of me when driving.
The only way to stop it is to pull the power, then when home format.
It has the latest firmware. Purchased Sept 2020.
Looping is enabled.
Any other setting that needs to be looked at? (I am assuming the SD card is full (Samsung 64Gb)

Format the card with SDFormatter. Perform a full overwrite, not the quick format. After SDFormatter, place the card back in camera and format again.
