How can I solve when showing a white screen?

Hello, i have a a119 v2 that is showing a white screen whenever it turns on and nothing seems to function.

It maybe the problem of the LCD screen or the flex cable, would you please contact with the distributor for warranty?
We provide 12 months warranty of the cameras.

Please try to update it to the latest firmware from the following link. If it is not working, would you mind to open the case and check the ribbon cable if loose connection ?
