lcd/lens problem

Hello!
I just recived my gitup git2 pro camera- i ordered it on gearbest.com last mounth.

I turned it on for the first time and was disappointed to see thet there is some technical problem with the lcd or the lens.
The lcd showing white color and i can barely see the video on it....

Hope you can help me

What i should do?

Interesting I have the exact problem except my screen worked fine for the first week and then it went too bright... I have updated the firmware but still the same.

If you haven't solved the problem, please contact us, it seems something wrong with the LCD screen.

@Puffin, for the white screen problem, it is not the same problem, maybe you can flash the firmware to solve it.
