that blog post was the beta test

you just need a txt file now called client.txt in the root of the sd

in it have the following txt, edited to match yours

SSID:LivingRoom
WPA2:abcdefgh

might be worth getting a wholesale account going if you aree going to buy that many, speak to vicky, sales2@gitup.com
but definitely try with the 2 first, if you want an html page to control them, let me know and ill make it for you

@Alistair Parsons

So this client.txt file sets the SSID and password for the camera itself? There's no need to do any of that blog process? So for each of my cameras I simply name the SSID whatever I want (e.g., git2_cam1, git2_cam2, ..., git2_cam8)?

Am I also able to modify camera video recording settings (frame rates, etc.) via HTTP? Is there a complete listing of HTML commands somewhere?

An HTML webpage that would list and allow control of all git2 cameras connected to my dedicated router would be a Godsend blessing. Thank you for your kindness.

yep, ignore blog...
set camera to client mode and wifi autostart to be on.

however the SSID and password in the text file needs to patch up with your router credentials, as the cameras will be authenticating to the router.
so this txt file will be the same for each camera

the only other command released as far as i know is to take a photo, http://x.x.x.x/?custom=1&cmd=1001
