Need help with 256 GB Samsung EVO SDXC Card with Viofo A129 DUO

I just bought the Samsung Evo 256 GB SDXC as per the forum members recommendations knowing its among the best, but once i inserted it into the dash cam it almost immediately gave this error "Memory Card Error" I already reformatted it using the cam twice but still, any idea how to fix this and what might be causing it ??...

I tried the same card on my phone and it is working fine, i dont think it is fake at all or corrupted because it would have given me the same error on my phone + ibought it from a reputed place Not For Cheap...

any help greatly appreciated...

Are you sure a 256GB card will work - the manual states up to 128GB
Have you tried formatting on a PC first?
Do any other SD cards work in the dashcam?

256GB cards work just fine, if the card is not faulty in some way. I assume you are the same person that posted this over on the DashCamTalk forum? What did the h2testw program reveal? If you have another card, I would try that one. Just because the card works in your phone, doesn't mean it's compatible with the A129.

Have been using Sandisk Extreme 256GB for a month. No issues.
Formatted using the dashcam because PC does not allow FAT32 in that capacity.
