Problems to record slowmo video, please help.

i am a newbie on action cams. i have the git2p

my setting is 1080p60 and i am outdoor under good light conditions.
When i record a slowmo video x8 then the camera hangs after few seconds and i must power off the cam. or the cam hangs if i stop the recording and i must power off the cam.
This problem is not always it is only sometimes.

My other Problem is:
if i set slowmo to x8 then the resolution is automatically set to vga/240p. if i set the slowmo to x4 then the resolution is automatically set to 720p/120 and on slowmo x2 the auto resolution is 720p/60
Is this normal? if yes, then i can not record x8 slowmo in a good resolution

what can i do to record 8x slowmo in a good resolution?

my FW is: GIT2PS_V1.0_0328

The 8x slowmo in FullHD resolution is possible with camera like Sony RX100IV.
Even Gopro 5 is able to produce only the 4x slowmo in FullHD (120fps to 30 fps playback).
Git2\Git2p produces 2x slowmo in FullHD (60fps to 30fps playback).
Also some software have options\plugins for slowmo. Such plugins as Twixtor and so on:

OMG, i thought all the videos in youtube are recorded with the git2 Only 2x slow mo ?
