The remote shutter cable from GITUP which I purchased directly from GITUP website, didn't work. After some investigation, comparing the remote shutter HDMI pinout table and my all-in-one cable, I discovered the product was wrongly made. You may have purchase one of these and also find it doesn't work.
The fix is simple, remote the reserved wire from the adapter board and swap over the signal wire. Here is an image:
