REC BUTTON DONT WORK

Hello
I have buy the camera before 1 year.. and i have this problem.
REC button wont work...

What can i do for sollution?
I have allready send ticket to support before 5 days but no answer...!!!!!!!!

There were holidays in China last week. Hope your ticket will be processed soon.
But as far as I know, buttons in camera are the same as in tablets or phones. Any tablet\phone repair service would replace button for a new one.

Dear Charis,
I had the same problem. Sre attached topic. This is most common problem with soldering.
I did it by myself.
